  • 1 piece shredded pandesal/ shredded loaf bread
  • 2 tablespoons of liver spread or liver paste (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon of fish sauce (patis) (optional)
  • 1 piece of chili peppers (optional, for added heat)
  • ½ cup of grated cheese (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Heat the cooking oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, sauté until fragrant and the onions are translucent.
  2. Add the cubed lamb/ beef/ goat to the pot and cook until browned on all sides.
  3. Pour in the tomato sauce and beef broth. Stir to combine.
  4. Add the bay leaves, soy sauce, fish sauce (if using), and liver spread or liver paste (if using). Stir well.
