    Borderline personality disorder, suicidal ideation, self-harm, substance abuse, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), binge eating disorder, bulimia for those who have difficulty managing their emotions.
    7. Psychodynamic TherapySimilar to psychoanalytic therapy, explores unconscious thoughts and past experiences’ influence on current behaviors. Focuses on self-reflection and understanding unconscious patterns.
    Focuses on emotional impact from childhood development and utilizes the relationship between client and therapist as a window to problems in the life of a client. The goal of treatment is reducing mood disorder and enhance personality.

    8. Art and Music TherapyUtilizes creative expression (art, music, drama) as a means of communication and self-discovery.
